We hope everyone is having a blessed summer. Remember to get your testing results for Math and Language in to your superintentant's office by August 1st if you homeschool under the homeschool statute. Letters of intent need to be sent by August 15th. For more information on homeschool laws in Virginia we recommend the Home Educators Association of Virginia www.heav.org . We further recommend The Homeschool Legal Defense Association www.hslda.org as an excellent resource for information and ask that you prayerfully concider supporting both groups in their efforts to maintain and defend our right to homeschool in this wonderful state. You won't regret it!
